What we collect

When you request an audit or a free snapshot, you may provide your name, organization, organization type, role, work email, evidence path, buyer question, reviewer, and preferred contact method.

How we use it

We use submitted information only to assess, respond to, scope, and deliver a Spec Audit or answer your inquiry. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How the contact form works

Submitting the form sends your information securely to FlatAEC’s website, where it is stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database so we can process and respond to your inquiry. We store your request details, consent, submission reference, and timestamp. You do not need an email application to submit. If you choose the alternative email link, your email provider’s terms apply to that transmission.

Client materials

Technical or business material shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not republished without written permission. Confidential, export-controlled, personal, trade-secret, or otherwise protected material is not used in public samples.

Public evidence

Public demonstrations and benchmarks use public material only. Every published observation carries a source and correction path. See the corrections and evidence policy.

Removal and privacy questions

To request access, correction, or removal of information you sent, email hello@flataec.com from the address used in your request.

Legal review status

This plain-language policy reflects the current operating practice. Qualified counsel should review it before a public commercial launch.
